Yes. The account, the alert and the matching cost nothing, and there are no fees or commissions for you as a buyer. What can cost money on SökHem are optional services when you sell a home yourself.

A portal alert fires when a listing is published and matches against a filter. SökHem starts from your profile, scores every home against your requirements and wishes, also includes homes sold directly by private sellers here – including before they go public – and collects the hits into one summary.

The match percentage shows how well a home fits your profile, from 0 to 100%. Requirements decide whether it matches at all; wishes decide how high the percentage lands. From 85% it's a perfect match, from 70% a strong match and from 55% a partial match.

New hits are collected into a daily summary sent in the morning, rather than one email per home. The summary goes out by email and you can add browser push notifications. If you'd rather not get notifications at all you can turn them off – the alert keeps matching and the hits stay available inside SökHem.

Yes. Homes that private sellers put up here can be matched to your alert before they're published openly. They're not in the ordinary search results – they reach you through the matching.

No. You create an account with an email address or with Google. BankID isn't required to create an alert or to be matched.

Yes. One alert can cover several areas – draw them on the map or add several places – and you can run several alerts in parallel, for example one per place or one per property type.
