Terms of Use

SökHem is a digital platform that helps home buyers find and monitor properties for sale on the Swedish market. SökHem is not a registered real estate agent and does not provide brokerage services. All transactions take place between buyers, sellers and their respective representatives.

To use SökHem you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into agreements. By creating an account, you confirm that these requirements are met.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. Contact us immediately at hej@sokhem.se if you suspect unauthorised access.

It is prohibited to:

• Use the platform for fraudulent or misleading purposes.
• Automatically retrieve data (scraping) without written permission.
• Attempt to circumvent or disrupt the platform's security features.
• Publish content that violates applicable law.

If you upload images or other information in connection with your search profile or contact with us, the following applies:

• You warrant that you have the right to share the material and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
• If the material depicts other people, you are responsible for having obtained the necessary consent.
• You grant SökHem a non-exclusive right to use the material in order to provide the service.

All content on SökHem (including logos, design and software) belongs to Anton Wester AB or our licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without written permission.

Any prices, fees and subscription terms are stated on the platform when you order a paid service. We may change prices and fees over time, but such changes are communicated clearly in advance and carried out in accordance with applicable law. This means that we comply with mandatory consumer protection rules and other legal requirements applicable to price changes.

SökHem provides the platform "as is". Property data is obtained from real estate agents and other third-party sources; we make no guarantees as to completeness, accuracy or timeliness. Any valuation indications are statistical estimates and should not be used as a basis for financial decisions without professional advice. We are not liable for losses arising from your reliance on information from the platform.

You can request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at hej@sokhem.se. We delete your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy, except for data that must be retained by law.

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes are communicated by email or via a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes take effect means that you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall primarily be resolved through negotiation. If agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be settled by a competent general court in Sweden, unless consumer protection legislation provides otherwise.
