Mölndalsposten noted that SökHem Sverige AB was registered on 16 September. Short text, taken from the company register. Fun seeing the name in print anyway.
One thing in the headline needs correcting. We are no property manager. We build a digital place where buyers search homes with sellers listing free. The company does no estate agency. That also stands in our business description.
What we build
Sellers list their homes at no cost. Buyers describe what they seek getting fitting matches. No viewing frenzy, no hidden steps.
Selling privately, the steps live in our guide on selling a home without an agent. It goes through the order from preparation to contract.
What happens now
The company sits registered in Mölndal. The platform runs live at sokhem.se with homes filling up ongoing.
Holding a home to sell or housing you hunt, list it or create a watch. It is free taking minutes.
